The Innovator Mindset® instrument is different. It does much more than put you into categories. It tells you how predisposed you are to being innovative, based on your mindset. How much of your innovation potential are you fulfilling? That’s something you can control and strengthen, and IM shows you how.

You can use that research-based feedback to improve your innovativeness, to enhance your capacity to create new value.

You can access the IM assessment through your PC, tablet or phone and it only takes about 15 minutes to complete. You’ll then be emailed your Innovator Mindset Snapshot containing your results and explaining how to interpret them.
